Joining a Midlands based main contractor with a long standing history who are looking to add to there team due to a successful bid period. Initially joining a circa £20m new build project working as the onsite No.2 to the project lead.

The Opportunity

Joining a well established multi-regional main contractor in their Midlands office you will be joining a stable and secure business that can offer ongoing work. Working across projects including high rise residential, student accommodation, extra care, education and commercial schemes with values from £5m to £30m. In this role you will be working as a Site Manager working closely with the onsite trades, labour and subcontractors to ensure delivery program, quality and H&S standards are adhered to. Within in this contractor you will also be offered the opportunity to further progress your career taking on more responsibility or stepping up into a lead role.

Skills and Experience

We are looking to speak to experience Site Manager who come from a stable main contractor background working on new build projects. We are looking for experience working on onsite driving the program of work and working closely with all onsite staff successfully. This role will be suited to someone who has previously work as the onsite no.2 on projects in excess of £10m or have led a project and are happy to move back into the No.2 role. It is essential that you hold a currently SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification.
