A well established main contractor with a strong foothold in the Manchester market is looking for two Site Managers to join their expanding team. With a major portfolio of high-rise residential work in the bank there is lots of progression opportunity within this construction powerhouse.

The opportunity:
The secured work includes city centre tower blocks as well as low rise apartments. Our client is looking to build a larger team over the next two months and is interested in speaking to construction professionals with a mix of experience including: external facade and brickwork, internals including all finishings. Those Site Managers that are used to managing a strong team would be of particular interest, duties will include: Tool Box talks, overseeing Health & Safety, monitoring programme pushing and driving sub-contractors.

Please note that this role also comes with progression opportunities.

Skills / Experience:
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid are all essential
A main contractor background is also required
