Skills & Experience
As Site Manager, you will have a strong track record of working on social housing refurbishments including replacement of kitchens, bathrooms and roofing. You will have the ability to develop strong relationships with both tenants and sub-contractors alike and will be responsible for providing progress report updates, checking that quality is maintained throughout each scheme, attend all meetings, manage and oversee all subcontractors on site and ensure that all Health, Safety and Welfare policies are adhered to at all times.
A clear line of communication with residents and site teams is key throughout the works, and you will have the experience to close out any issues or queries quickly and effectively ensuring that programme is maintained throughout the works.
