Site Manager - Merseyside - With multiple sites underway on ground breaking projects throughout the North West with further project awards anticipated, the North West Developer is looking to further expand their existing Site Team - Site Manager

The Opportunity

Following consistent growth over the last two to five years, this developer has established over the last few years a strong team working on accommodation and leisure projects throughout the North West. With further projects due to start over the next six to nine months, to be able to fully accommodate the project requirements, a further expansion to their existing teams is required to continuously drive the business forward.

Skills & Experience

As Site Manager you will ideally have experience of working for a main contractor on accommodation, residential or leisure projects is preferred but not essential. You must be able to prioritise workload ensuring that all key indicators are adhered to so that the project is kept to programme.

As Site Manager, your duties will include organising the workforce so that they are fully occupied at all times, managing and ensuring all Health & Safety is strictly adhered to and that you are working to programme, ensuring all objectives are being met with all work completed to a high standard. You will need the ability provide weekly reports to the project management team, manage and lead the workforce by building and maintaining relationships with site personnel and ensure that all key indicators are met.

You will also need an up-to-date CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid Certification. Experience of using Fieldview would also be of benefit
