New Site Manager opportunities in the West Midlands area, joining an established contractor working on major new build housing developments.

The Opportunity

Joining an established and successful regional office which is looking to add to its team due to an increased workload. You will be working as part on the onsite delivery team under a Project Manager taking a section of the project under your supervision. Working on major new build housing developments which will included a mixture of private, affordable and social housing. Offering a strong and growing workload with in excess of 70 live site with in the business. This role with offer job security with a strong regional presence you will be working on projects in the local area with a stable and busy workload for the foreseeable future.

Skill & Experience

We are looking to speak with experience housing Site Manager from the West Midlands area who have a background working on new build housing projects. This role will require you to hold a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification.
