We are looking for a Site Manager with a strong main contractor background to finish off a new build educational scheme in the Wakefield area. You will be reporting to a visiting Project Manager and duties will include;
Overseeing the internal fit out and snagging of a new build education facility. You will then move on to a new site and oversee the demolition of existing building also in the Wakefield area.
This contract runs until Nov 2019 however for the right candidate there is potential to stay on with this contractor and work on a brand new build scheme in Preston for the whole of 2020. The successful candidate must be a capable Site Manager with a proven background. You will overseeing all general day to day running of the site, RAMS, H & S and ensure that quality is top notch and the job is working to programme.
Skills / Experience:
Asbestos Awareness (min one day course)
Experience working on educational projects is highly desirable
