Freelance Site Manager - Manchester - Immediate start until end of August 2019. £20m high rise residential scheme

The opportunity:
You will be working with a leading main contractor on a £20m new build high-rise apartment scheme in Manchester. Working under the leadership of a Project Manager you will be tasked with managing the internals packages. You will be overseeing the sub-contractors, H & S and ensuring that quality is of the upmost importance over each of the floors.

The role has an immediate start and will run until the end of August 2019. If you have experience working with main contractors running the internal packages on schemes over £10m please apply today. Those who have worked on high-rise or large new build projects are of particular interest.
