Site Manager opportunity working with a growing national contractor as the onsite no.2 working on new build and refurbishment education project valued from £5m to £20m.

The Opportunity

Working as Site Manager you will be joining an expanding national contractor, joining their expanding education division. Due to ongoing big success and a newly formed joint venture this company has already achieved in excess of £100m of projects to be delivered. Projects will including new build modular and refurbishment schemes and will see you working from pre-construction through to completion. Working on site you will be leading the onsite team which will include onsite trades, labour and subcontractors reporting to the Project manager.

Skills and Experience

This role will suit an experienced Site Manager coming from a stable main contractor background who has experience working as the onsite no.2. This role does not require previous experience in education projects, but could be an advantage. It is required that you hold a SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification. This role would be suited to a driven individual who is looking to take further career steps in the near future.
