Skills & Experience
As Site Manager, you will have a strong track record of working on social housing refurbishments including replacement of kitchens and bathrooms. You will need to be able to lead a team, manage programme, be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative and possess excellent managerial skills.
This is a role where the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike will be essential.
As a minimum, you will need:
*Experience working on Social Housing projects
*Ideally from a main contractor background
*Asbestos Awareness - preferred but not essential
