Skills & Experience
Ideally, you will have experience of working on schools, care homes and potentially industrial, but this is not essential and come from a background of having worked for a main contractor previously. You must be able to prioritise workload ensuring that all key indicators are adhered to so that the project is kept to programme.
Duties will include organising the workforce so that they are fully occupied at all times, managing and ensuring all Health & Safety is strictly adhered to and that you are working to programme, ensuring all objectives are being met with all work completed to a high standard. You will need the ability to manage and lead the workforce by building and maintaining relationships with site personnel and clients alike and that all key indicators are met to ensure handover remains on target.
Coming from a trade background (but not essential), experience of working on similar projects and in a similar role would be of benefit but, not essential.
