Freelance Site Manager vacancy - Holiday Cover - New build housing project - Chesterfield area - Starting ASAP

We are looking for a Site Manager who has experience in the housing sector to join the team of this ongoing housing project. You will be overseeing the trades and labour team ensuring the delivery program and quality standards are met. This is a busy housing contractor and this role could lead to ongoing work. Working through the finishing stages of a section of this project you will require a close eye for detail.

We are looking for candidates who have worked in similar role with housing industry experience.
Must hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS accreditation
