Package Manager X2 - Main Contractor - Liverpool - High rise residential scheme £15m

The opportunity:
You will be working on an high-rise new build development in the buzzing heart of Liverpool. This apartment scheme is split over two phases and currently our client is looking for two Package Managers to join the team and take control. You will be required to push and drive the internal and envelope works, ensure that H & S is on point and deliver on quality finishes. This position will run until March 2020 and you will be reporting into a site based Senior Site / Project Manager.

Skills / Experience:
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
Those with a main contractor background
Experience working on high-rise residential apartment / student accommodation / hotel / commercial schemes is desirable. Those that have previously worked as Package Manager on similar projects are of particular interest.
Good with H & S and an eye for detail.
