A top tier contractor requires a Site Secretary / Document Controller to help manage the day to day running of a busy office and provide admin support to the team. Approximately 37.5 - 40 hours per week. New build project - site based.
*General office administration including typing, copying and filing all correspondence and managing the drawings. Document control experience is essential
*Responsibility for diary management and booking meeting rooms.
*Responsible for managing all reception duties and any refreshments.
*Answering all calls in the office in a polite professional manner.
*Responsible for signing visitors in and out of the offices.
Skills and qualifications:
*Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
*Good organisational skills
*Good written and verbal skills
*Document control experience is essential
