Leading construction firm is seeking a Document Controller in the Banbury area. Start date is the 1st Oct 2018 for 9 months.

The opportunity:

This contractor is looking to bring on board a experienced Site Secretary / Document Controller to be office based managing the drawings for new build schemes in and around the area. Our client is looking for someone to do between 37.5 hours per week.

Ideally, you will have either site based or office experience experience and be able to use document control software (for example: ProjectWise / ViewPoint / 4Projects / Conject / BIW / Asite software).

Skills, Experience & Knowledge

*Drawing management - Managing and controlling drawings/correspondence/documents

*Experience using software relevant to Document Controller roles, ideally Viewpoint / 4Projects or ProjectWise is advantageous.

*Organising printing, photocopying and scanning

*Compiling Operation and Maintenance Manuals.

*Support admin team and assist with other administration tasks where necessary to cover holiday/ absence.

*Answering the phone / post

*Co-ordinating meetings, arranging refreshments and catering

*Ordering stationery

*Experience of working in a Construction site office or main office is highly desirable

*Adapt to surroundings and have a flexible approach to working on a varied workload.

*Excellent IT skills.

*Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.

*Proven background as a Site Secretary/ Document Control
