Part Time Site Administrator - A top tier contractor requires a Site Administrator to help manage the day to day running of a busy office and provide admin support to the team. Approximately 25 / 30 hours per week. Birmingham City Centre location - Excellent transport links.

The opportunity:

You will be working for a construction power house on a multi-million pound scheme in the heart of Birmingham. This project will run for 12 months and can offer a administrator with previous site experience an excellent opportunity.

*General office administration including typing, copying and filing all correspondence.

*Responsibility for diary management and booking meeting rooms.

*Responsible for managing all reception duties and any refreshments.

*Answering all calls in the office in a polite professional manner.

*Responsible for signing visitors in and out of the offices.

*Previous Site Secretary Experience preferred.

*Understanding of 4 Project's / Viewpoint or similar software

Skills and qualifications:

Ideally you will of had some experience working for a contractor (or similar company)

This role commences on 22nd October 2018.

Be able to commit to 5 / 6 hours per day Monday to Friday.

Be able to provide two work checkable references
